Maintain the pet's normal routine, schedule, and familiar environments to support comfort, trust, bonding, and fun. We keep phone use to a minimum on walks, using it only for urgent matters or to send you updates and photos. Not pack walkers; no multiple-dog walks unless from the same household. No animals are brought into a client's home for overnights. Boarding alongside other pets only with explicit owner permission and proper vetting.
